Fun, trendy clothing, shoes, knickknacks, and look at the backpack wall.

They have the same brands, good prices, surfing footage on the tvs around.

Their website says that you get free store credit if bought during a sale.

My favorite store from San Diego has come to Barton Creek Mall! Though I’m a bit older then their target demographic, I will always will have a soft spot for Tilly’s. Fun, trendy clothing, shoes, knickknacks, and look at the backpack wall. This is the only store I bought back packs from. Store is very chill and laid back, without being rude. It’s clean, fun, and well kept! I will be coming back!

Disappointed. I bought a pair of shoes online that didn’t fit so instead of losing $7 by shipping them back by mail (they deduct shipping costs from your return), I decided to return them in person at the store. I had to make an extra-long drive just to get here but figured it’d be worth it.Unfortunately, they said that they are not able to take them back because I bought them during a sale. Their website says that you get free store credit if bought during a sale. She didn’t allow me to do that.So now, I will have to lose $7 off of my refund not to mention a wasted trip into Austin. The customer should come first — these shoes still had tags, were in the original wrapping, etc. and still she would not give me credit for them.

Really cool place. Reminds me of a lot of the surf and clothing shops in honolulu. They have the same brands, good prices, surfing footage on the tvs around. The place has the same laid back vibe, with laid-back, no pressure sales associates.
