I went in yesterday with my daughter to look at a couple of tops. We were blown away by the customer service when we entered the store by a young man. I believe his name was nick. however, he was so compassionate and friendly ; even smiled and made eye contact in a professional way when we asked him various questions.This made my daughter and I feel great as to just visiting the store! I will definitely recomemed Tillys to others and point out the great customer service

Do NOT buy anything online because you won’t get it. Ordered online and they sent an email saying the order was cancelled. Ordered again in a different size, order was cancelled without any notification whatsoever. I called to find out what was going on with my order and waited on hold for 30 minutes to find out they never planned on telling me it was cancelled. Their answer was sorry, we can’t do anything for you. Really?! You take my money and never plan on shipping the item I ordered?! HORRIBLE!! So much for that Christmas present!

The store is messy, disorganized, and out of most sizes and products. Horrible customer service, the cashiers are S L O W and do not seem to know how to operate the register or how to be courteous, professional, and polite. It’s almost like I’m on an episode of PUNK’D, the entire staff seems so clueless and unprofessional it’s almost unreal. The loss prevention is a joke- completely obvious and invades personal space. The dressing rooms are used to watch girls change clothes (complete illegal). I will NEVER change clothes in the dressing rooms in this store again, and I warn you to please do the same!!!!! I have already notified the corporate headquarters about this.
