The assistant manager Alex was so so helpful yesterday when I was shopping for my niece’s birthday present. It’s almost like she knew her personality exactly! I would definitely go back for her customer service alone. Thanks Alex!

Stood by the shoes waiting for some one to help me while the employees at the register just carried a conversation amongst themselves. Store was not busy at all. Register girl made eye contact with me but did not stop talking or send the guy over to help. I ended up going to Zummies and paying more for the same pair of shoes. Tillys lost an easy sale that day.

I love the clothes and shoes here at Tillys, unfortunately they didn’t have my size in the boots I wanted, so I will check back in a week or two. Maybe view it online.
