A+++ We chose to work with Tile Boutique based on their reviews and that we would be working directly with the company we contacted.Val was always quick to respond and answered all our questions. Based on his experience, he offered suggestions on what materials to use and how to properly install our tile when we were thinking of different options.The installer, was on time and efficient. He made sure our floors and surrounding areas of the house were well protected before starting his work. He did a great job, the floors look terrific.When I realized that I needed to have more tile trimmed to install a toilet they were very accommodating and returned to do the work without question. Val followed up promptly and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the end result. We were very pleased with this company’s work and would use them again for any future tiling projects.

Absolutely awesome customer service. The staff at Tile Boutique Inc. are all about customer service. I had miscalculated tile I bought and could not find it at the original store I bought it at. I got really lucky and found it at Tile Boutique. They shipped to me all the way to Halifax, Nova Scotia, in Canada, and saved the day!
