Very disappointed with the results! I took my Tudor vintage watch for repair as it was running slow, adjust crystal cyclops and take picture of the movement after been serviced.The quote to get this done was very high, but I decided to go ahead and because of the price I paid for it I was expecting great results. However, the movement seems to be running good but they didn’t adjust the crystal cyclops and didn’t take the picture of the movement. My advice to you is to look elsewhere if you need to have your watch for service. You may get a chance to get lower quote and better results.

Some of the sales associates at this Valley Fair location are extremely knowledgable, attentive and kind, however, if you don’t look wealthy to a lot of the sales associates they’ll treat you like dirt (as with most of these high-end retail places). Considering Tiffany & Co. has sterling silver items that are more fairly priced (and still regarded as expensive gifts to a lot of people), you’d think they’d be a bit nicer but no. Maybe the sales associates and directors are just too busy pining over the fact that they’ll never be disgustingly rich like their classist, capitalistic vip clientele so they just pretend like they’re better than you to compensate. Have fun in your outdated powder blue store and your ill-fitting suits!!
