Nako provided the best customer service. I would recommend everyone to see Nako if you want to shop around without feeling pressured to purchase. She will make the shopping experience very easy and enjoyable. If I were able to rate higher, I would. Lovely large flagship store. The workers were all nice and attentive. The manager (unfortunately I forgot her name, but she hails from canada) was so nice and informative. No one in the store rushes you. It’s relaxed. If you’re hungry or thirsty, they will nourish you.

When shopping for a ring today. Bought a 1837 wide concave. Love it! Service was excellent, great selection of merchandise. Social distancing and reduced occupancy there maybe a line but it moves fast.
