I’ve been a customer at a couple Tiffany’s locations on the west coast, and while all staff have been helpful and courteous, the Santa Monica store is where I bought my wife’s engagement ring. My wife was actually with me the day I made the purchase, but the staff made the sale discreetly and had it sent overnight via a courier service. Needless to say, this was a huge assist and I’m very grateful.

Class and style live here. I called ahead to see if the item I wanted was available in the store. The person who assisted me on the phone was extremely courteous. When I got to the store, I was pleasantly greeted by the security staff. A well-dressed young man assisted me, and made pleasant small talk with me and my daughter. This is not my regular fare, but I wanted to treat myself, and the staff were very accommodating. I hope to return for another special occasion. I highly recommend this location.

I absolutely love the quality of the jewelry from Tiffany & Co. What makes the experience even better is their service and their knowledge/history of their pieces. You are (at least I was) never pressured to purchase anything.I had the pleasure to have Mary Bowman assist me. Right when I was about to leave the store empty handed, Mary educated me on the designer of the last piece I had an eye on.
