I will give it a four because although I think they are awesome they have a horrible set up system for scheduling appointments without verifying if that time is appropriate. For example 8 days ago I was told not to take a medicine for a few days and get checked up then Friday (4 days before the appointment) I am notified I have an appointment THAT I DID NOT SET UP… Check my schedule before you schedule a time or day…

I always get excellent service at three notch medical center. The office staff calls me by name and are pleasant, friendly, and caring. I see Ricky and he and his nurses are always helpful and have a listening ear to hear my issues and then to make a plan for treatment. I never feel rushed and always feel better when I leave. In my opinion, this is the best place to come for all your health needs.

I started going to Dr. Raley about 3 months ago for a pinched nerve and lower back pain. The pinched nerve was so severe I was walking with crutches and still in severe pain. After only a few months the pain was almost non-existent. I didn’t realize it at the time but I truly believe that I has bless even more. I had been diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 20 years ago. After trying Lyrica and other meds I finally was able to tolerate Savilla. For years the Savilla controlled the overall pain I was in. Last year I started to have severe muscle spasms, which I later came to the conclusion that it must be a side effect of the Savilla. I’m proud to say that I currently have been able to come off of the $300. plus a month medicine and so for so good…..the only thing I’m doing different is seeing Dr. Raley and following his recommendation. Thank You Dr. Raley may God continue to bless you.
