Over the top customer service! Went elsewhere with a rental car and they wouldn’t call the rental agency for payment. Came here and I was informed they would call the rental agency themselves and take payment over the phone. Easy easy.. I simply dripped it off and picked it up when it was ready… “no rush” I was told. They knew I was working and even accommodated that. Complete thumbs up for CS and honesty.

I got new tires for my trailer yesterday. After I got home, they realized they had put the OLD TIRES back on. Then, when they came to get the tires to switch them out, they didn’t bring any of their own tools, and the mechanic working on the trailer had to do it for them. Definitely will never come here again. I should’ve asked for a partial refund. Also, the tire busted the next day, so I’m replacing it again.
