I have been a customer of Things Remembered A. V. Mall for many years and purchased many products. The employees don’t all have the same level of expertise but I have never encountered a rude one and they are always willing to get the answers I need. The manager is amazing; she is always honest and professional and has great suggestions from her many years with the company. It’s pricey to get things engraved, I assume everywhere, but if you want a personal, one-of-a-kind gift, Things Remembered is the place.
