This is the first time I’ve been to this location. The sales person was so helpful and nice. The store was busy, I loved that they adhered to the social distancing and locked down the store before letting people in. We had a cutting board engraved and they had it done in a few hours, even during Christmas time!!! I would definitely be back.

This place is so great! My auntie wanted a keepsake for her dead doggy, so I engraved “Here lies Poochy” on a gold filigree necklace and gave it to her! She wears it everywhere! The guy at the front desk, Felix, yeah, totes rude as hell. But the other guy Alberto, he’s great. Very high quality stuff.

This place is really good if you want to get things that will last a life time of memories. Lots of items that you can buy and make custom engraving for to make it unique.
