Wow what can I say by far the rudest customer service I have ever had. Came in just to browse see if something would grab my attention to buy. The lady said can I help u find something and i told her no thank u, she said oh I was talking to them but ok I can help. U know who u are , hopefully they hire better employees with customer service skills

Yesterday I went in to buy a gift and the male store associate was talking with I guess a customer at the register. They both seen me come in the store outside of the store bell constantly going off to alert the associate a customer walked in.I walked around the store to get a view of everything. The customer turns around and looks at me as if I should not be shopping in the store. I was clearly in the view of the male associate when I wondered wow he is not even going to acknowledge me with a Hello… I will be with you in a moment. I politely walked out and will not be returning.Unreal the field manager needs to know about this! As well as corporate!

Very strange store, was empty, and amazing they are still in business.I called about a desk set I got as a gift that had issues, and the young lady was very nice about ordering a new one. They called and I went in to swap them. The lady that was there had no clue what was going in, seemed annoyed I came into the store (empty) and then was rude doing the swap.
