I called Thimot after being told at the Apple store that there was nothing they could do for my MacBook Air as it was dead and they couldn’t copy the hard drive. Thimot magically (to me) managed to turn on the computer, gave me instructions on how back it up myself (it’s an older laptop), and encouraged me to return if I wasn’t able to do so successfully. He was so nice, responsive, and answered my questions with grace and expert knowledge. He charged me nothing, and offered services to help with running speed and efficiency once I was done backing it up. Will definitely return, and recommend him to all I can! Very reasonably priced, and a truly professional experience.
