Barnes is a great technician. Our Kenmore washer wasn’t cycling correctly. He came to our home quickly & diagnosed the problem and fixed it. We had another company come the day before that diagnosed it incorrectly and we had to pay for the wrong part & service fee and didn’t get a refund. Which was more money for not getting the job done properly. We’ve used Thermador Group before and it was Barnes. They are very professional, honest, and have great expertise. Their price is unbeatable and also give a warranty for their service. Very satisfied with the service. I highly recommend using Thermador Group for any appliance repair or maintenance!
