The Workingman’s Outfitter is owned and operated by Ellen Odom Chandler, a second generation retailer. Her father, Richard Odom, founded The Workingman’s Store over 40 years ago to serve the working men and women in East Texas. Later changed to The Workingman’s Outfitter, we specialize in safety footwear and work clothing including fire resistant work wear. The Workingman’s Outfitter is committed to continuing this proud tradition while expanding our inventory to include items for the whole family.
