I can’t remember the last time I received customer service as good as I did from Kyle. I called to ask if they had any patio sectionals in stock, and he told me they didn’t. I never supplied my name or contact information, and yet a few hours later he actually called me back to tell me they had just received a sectional. Kyle even texted me a picture of the sectional from his personal phone and sent me a link to the product so I could see the dimensions. We ended up buying it that day. Thank you Kyle for going above and beyond!

I had a wonderful experience over the phone with Kyle Palmer. He is usually in the rug section, but he took care of me over the phone. I saw the couch I liked and measured it and it would be fine. All the details were done on the phone. He always called me back and gave me the most wonderful attention. I love Huck Finn’s Warehouse anyway, but he was the best. A great employee. I always have a good experience at Huck Finns. Good service and great prices. I’ve found many good pieces of furniture there and recently a rug. They were up front about a ripple in the rug which necessitated a discount but they wanted to make sure we were aware of it so we would be content with the rug once it was down on our floor.
