I needed some garlic oil, I checked on line and the Vitamin Shoppe had it on stock. On line it was advertised on sale but at the store it had a different price, I informed the clerk about the difference in price and he gave me the online price. I was very satisfied by the customer service I got from the young men at the store. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products in the store.

The Vitamin Shoppe is an American, New Jersey based retailer of nutritionalsupplements.The company provides approximately 7,000 different SKUs of supplements through its retail stores and over 17,000 different SKUs of supplements through its retail websites.This Pasadena location is very small, most of the time, I can not find what I need it.Sales lady is very friendly but not knowledgeable about their products.Overall the store is clean.

Super helpful staff (both the man and woman) in the store during my visit. I went to get 3 items, but I am novice when it comes to vitamins and supplements. They walked through everything thing with me. They were patient with me looking up what I needed to get from my phone, even reading the dosages from my phone. Good experience.
