Can’t say what the store is like, how theservice is, orw what the prices are. Can tell you that the store was closed at 445 on a Monday when the posted hours online and in the window say they are open 12 to 6.

I’ve come here a few times for different things. My over all feeling is that they are incredibly disorganized, slow, and over priced. They might be fine for picking up a cable but don’t leave your stuff there. They say they will call you when they are done working on your computer (or hard drive or whatever). They have NEVER called me back. I have had to call them every time and then they give a completely false estimate of time. When I initially dropped of my hard drive they told me it would be done in 3-5 days (which felt long for the very simple problem I had). I called more than a week later as I hadn’t heard back from them. They told me I needed to bring in another hard drive to copy my data to. I did. They said it would take a few hours. I came back many days later and it still wasn’t done. They again said it would be an hour or two and they would call me. They never called. I had to call them again. They charged me $120 for 2 hours work… of which I’ll guess they were mostly passively waiting for files copy.They are beyond messy and disorganized with computer, papers, and boxes haphazardly piled everywhere. I took a picture I was so shocked. Many of the used computers they sell seem very over priced. I considered buying one until I saw that I could get a brand new slightly better computer for the same price (or pay a little more and get a massively better new computer). They have a good location if you are walking from downtown Berkeley. Parking is terrible. Customer service wasn’t the worst but wasn’t great either.
