In March I shipped several computer parts. My CPU never left the store and was lost. Over a month later and I still haven’t been refunded for my lost item to the receipt value and because I brought it in my own box, I don’t get back my $75 I paid for them to lose it. Such a headache and Tosha is sarcastic and disingenuous. 0/10 would not recommend this store.

I’ve never had problems with getting my mail, but the people here are not super friendly. The girl who helped me today acted like I was an inconvenience to her, but wait I’m the customer trying to mail a package! If you don’t like helping people, why do you work a job w customer interaction?!? It’s better than having to go to the USPS, but wow I’m not sure I’ll go back to mail anything.

Great customer service. Super quick to return amazon item. Great spot to mail stuff and convenient location. Negative one star because it’s overpriced to print. Starts at $2.50 courtesy charge THEN you pay for the pages.
