Twice now the driver hasn’t delivered to my door when we’ve been home waiting so it gets sent to this place. I’ve gotten emails that say package is ready for pickup but when I get there they tell me its not until after 1:30 & that information is on the note left on the door. Well, if the driver bothered to come to the door I might have one of those handy notes. Also, the guy that works there clearly hates his job & shouldn’t be working in customer service. Rolls his eyes when there’s an issue brought up & won’t answer questions about policies saying he knows nothing about how the corporate emails work. Simple question can’t be answered by your staff? Ridiculous.
