I told the representative that I would rather go to usps store because I was frustrated at waiting and the customer service was awful. The employee assured me that I could ship my item from the ups store and that I would have no problems. When I was finished paying, she replied that tracking was available from usps. I asked if I paid more for going through the ups store and not mailing from usps. She said yes. I think there is something horribly wrong with that answer, when I stated that I would rather go to the usps. Do not give this business your money…

Wanted to do a quick amazon drop off. About 4 people in line ahead of me because employees were taking forever. They were very rude to the customers the were helping and didn’t seem willing to do the job they’re getting paid to do. Ended up leaving and going to the Tudor location and I’m glad I did. Employees at Tudor are always quick and nice. I’ve never had a great experience at this location and I’ve learned my lesson today- It’s worth it to drive out of my way and go to Tudor.
