Fast and excellent service. The manager there knows his stuff and can walk you through pretty much any printing/scanning/shipping questions and concerns you have in a remarkably clear and quick manner. Staff is personable and diligent and assisted me as I blundered my way through shipping certified mail for the first time ever. Good people, good service.

Pretty rude staff. I came in to drop off my packages, and the lady at the counter refused to take in my custom made pink mailer boxes which I ship everyday with Fedex/ USPS and other UPS locations. She kept on telling me that it’s not a box (what is it then?) and then when I asked her to state a reason as to why she keeps on refusing my packages she just laughed it off and told me to go to another location.I called ups customer service and they’ve never heard of such a rule that they only accept brown boxes with some stamp or special number the lady was referring to. I ended up going to another location and my packages were accepted. I RECOMMEND NOT GOING TO THIS LOCATION.Please see for yourself if my boxes are actual boxes. I also attached pictures of my customers with their box that they received.Overall it seemed like she was making up rules of her own and just felt like not taking my packages. Very selfish of this employee especially knowing how small business are struggling in these tough covid-19 times.

Young lady asked what was inside the package I was sending to my son, small envelope bubble type. This has happened twice. But I noticed she didn’t ask the people ahead of me. Another time a package I’m sending back to Amazon, I had the code, it was taped and wrapped back in the Amazon envelope, this young lady tells me she has to open the package and rewrap it. If I’m asked again I’ll make sure to report her. I’m still waiting for my son to receive this last package I sent him.
