Really bad experience shipping through this store. In short my $1000 amplifier was damaged during shipment and they denied my damage claim even though I paid for insurance and had them package it.Against my better judgement I had this UPS store pack and ship my item even though when I asked how they planned to pack it they said, “We basically just bubble wrap it”. Having shipped many electronics before I was skeptical but I trusted them and figured since I had insurance, everything should be fine. Of course upon arriving there was a large dent in the top and a power issue. Pictures were taken and then sent to UPS. That’s when the games began and no matter who I called they have tried to deny responsibility. Apparently UPS Stores are separate franchises and therefore UPS does not need to accept responsibility for a careless packing job.This ordeal has been a huge waste of my time and money. You will be better off going somewhere else. Hopefully you learn from my mistake.
