Today I went there to simply ship a few large boxes, but was disappointed with the customer service I received. The young girl employee that was helping me had 2in fake nails and wouldn’t really help me lift my boxes onto the scale. She forgot to ask me about insurance and other add-one after already printing labels and having me sign paperwork for one box. I asked her politely to tell me the prices of things as they came up so I could simply say “yes” or “no”.When it got time for my third and final box, she laughed and said a rude comment about how it was way heavier than my other boxes. This was after she wouldn’t help me lift the box onto the scale because she was trying to not break her nails….In the end, I only ended up shipping one box and took the other two home with me. She ended up having to ask a manager for help because almost charged me a substantially much higher amount than what I had agreed to. I think she might be new and still needs some training, but I was really disappointed with the service I received and will NOT be returning to this location.

Had a package I needed to drop off. Parked right out front, walked in and was helped right away. Nice lady quickly processed my order. She made small talk and it was a quick and painless transaction. Don’t use UPS often, but this was painless. Good location, too.

Husband went in for a live scan, instead of confirming reason code with him they selected wrong one. We had to do the whole process again costing us another $79 dollars. The second location we went to was absolutely wonderful their staff was very nice.
