SCAM. Next-Day Early AM shipping ordered on Thursday, arrived for delivery Friday, but the package is delayed getting there Monday! Sheer incompetence and terrible customer service that literally lied (said they call back and didn’t) and even hung up on me one occasion. Better off with FedEx or even the Postal Service.However, the employees at this establishment specifically were nice and did their jobs fast, so there’s that!

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, this location is the closest to my house AND work. I keep going back, giving them more and more chances to change my mind… But it is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. There is always a line clear out the door. The employees are rude and not willing to work with you or help you out at all. They’re very impatient. It’s just not the way a business should be run. From here on out, I will gladly drive an extra 15 minutes to a different location to save the headache of having to deal with these people. It’s just a real bummer.
