honestly…. the only reason this is two stars is because you can drop your amazon returns here. SCAN and GO. Other than that, if you have any other business here your better off going somewhere else. Going here they make you feel like a criminal for even having a slight inconvenience. Just do yourself a favor and drive a couple minutes to somewhere else so you don’t feel violated. ( I would recommend Postal Center on Pacific they treated me so good)

Take your business to the UPS store at 6507 Pacific Ave Stockton, CA 95207 instead. The brown haired lady working at this location was one of the rudest customer services employees I have ever come across in my life. She seemed to hate her job and hate people. She rolled her eyes and scoffed at my basic questions about their services and my package. Left the store feeling terrible for doing absolutely nothing wrong. The other location was far more pleasant.
