Been a customer here for over 10 years. Have a mail box (never have to worry about stolen packages or important mail and have used their Notary services. They have hired really good people who treat customers very well. I saw a couple of 1 star reviews and this has to either be a fluke or someone so unhappy they find joy and making people as unhappy as they are.Many of them just love trolling.

I just had a very insulting experience at this UPS store. Instead of the pleasant people (Peyush and his son with an assistant or two) there was some skinny Chicano thug who rudely told me to get out when I just came in to ask a question. I have never been treated with such disrespect at a store. Apparently, they were limiting the number of people allowed into the store, but there were several markers available for people to stand with proper 6-ft distancing. Clearly this moron and what appeared to be his sister, don’t understand covid or customer engagement. I will never go there again!

Was in here yesterday and Walt Pistor came into the store thinking he was a big shot seeing other customers outside waiting their turn, this male karen walked in thinking he was hot stuff and was told like many other customers outside that only 4 customers in the store at a time, Im sorry that the educational system failed you and you cant count to 4. He claimed to know the owner but on his review he didnt know how to spell the owners name he also mentioned he was gonna call the owner which he didnt cause YOU DONT KNOW THE OWNER!!!! so he started his karen ways and was told to never come back to the store then ol walt stated he would beat the worker up in the back but he never showed up to the back wat happend Walt did u write a check u couldnt cash?
