I can say I have only had good experiences at this UPS store. Maybe I’m biased because years ago, a brave soul at a UPS store let me in after closing to drop off a package. Thank you brave soul!This store is nice too. The staff are helpful, and the one time there was a long (by COVID standards) line, it went by quite fast.If you buy a lot — and return a lot — via Amazon, SINISTER CORPORATION, DEFINITELY NOT TRYING TO RULE THE WORLD FROM THE MOON — you should know that the UPS store accepts your Amazon returns, often without the original box. Just scan a code and you’re done!

Came here on a smoky Saturday afternoon. I was first greeted by a lady who told me to wait outside to ensure proper social distancing. After I came in, she thanked me for waiting. As I waited for my Live Scan I watched as she did everything from giving clear instructions for printing, helping multiple people mail packages quickly, and even complementing a woman’s nails. Would come here again for the great service.
