Amazing customer service! I went there to ship items to India and the owner was super helpful and guided me through all the various options and the most cost effective methods. They even packed the box for me! Its my first time experiencing a store actually caring about the customer and saving us money. Will definitely go there again.

This particular UPS should be the standard for which all others attempt to be. Since the current owner Tania took over it is basically the perfect place to go. I had to ship two plants in mason jars and not only did she help out with extra packaging and essentially making it a project for herself, they both made it when I fully expected one to get hurt. This place is great!
