First off to the store associate that dealt with me I am sorry for getting upset – that was unwarranted and unkind of me. It was not your fault – it really is UPS as a global company. They should know better and have better policies for shipping like Amazon level policies.Amazon is so good at shipping that is my current expectation or even just post office level of shipping. I expected to receive this package or for it to be left at my doorstep. When it wasn’t and I didn’t receive any digital or even physical notice, I expected someone in real life to be able to help me.When I received the response to call someone, I was really upset. I currently don’t have a phone. What I wanted to hear was someone say, it’s not here but we’ll get it reshipped to you. When that didn’t happen and I was told to call someone when I don’t have the ability, something in my head snapped.This is a genuine ask – if you could provide another option to get a package back through a human associate, that would be awesome. I think a lot of people would appreciate that. We don’t want to be routed and pushed a long to person after person to no avail. Also, providing another option besides phone would be helpful – in cases when – you don’t have a phone.

The shop assistant Sushant was terrible, i had a few questions and struggled to get answers as his was busy playing with his smartphone . To print a b/w return label I had to use their computer( not sanitized) and ended up paying 3.22$ for a letter size page. I would only go to this place for drop-offs or not go at all.
