Anytime I need to mail packages, return AMAZON stuff, or notarize, I go to the UPS Store. This particular one along with the one in Concord (near Burlington Coat Factory) and there’s that new one over in Pittsburg (technically more like Antioch off Century and the movies, restaurants) are owned and operated by Joe. Joe is a pro. He knows what he’s doing and so does his team. I’ve been to too many places whether they be USPS, Staples, OfficeMax, Office Depot, or even other UPS Stores (many of which are also good). Joe hires great people and I’ve seen it time and again when I needed fast service – without sacrificing customer service or feeling rushed – Joe delivers. Joe to his credit is a friendly guy also, hands on as an owner, in an industry where you can just own a franchise and let someone else do the work. Thank you, Joe. You and your teams “UP” the UPS Stores standards. Keep that bar high and I’ll be sure to return as a customer and refer others.
