Need to return a package, followed instruction to pack it, came here, waited a little, there were two before me. The actual work was pretty simple: gave her the package, she scanned it, printed a receipt for me, and took the package. Nice and friendly here. Sure, face mask is required to enter, as expected.

Called 10 times over 3 hour period…..no one answers. I went into the store 4 people working, 3 in line and only one representative working the counter. This has happened before….seem to be in a rush to close the last hour than help customers who have hurried and rushed to thier store in hopes of completing thier task!!
