I’m a Rossmoor resident and had the recent experience of being a court appointed Will Executor of a large, complicated estate; this meant a lot of scanning, faxing and e-mailing over the period of a year.The staff at this UPS store are an excellent example of exemplary customer service.Everything task that I requested of them was performed perfectly.This store is unique when you consider that they are located directly across the street from the Rossmoor retirement community with a population of over 9,000 residents; the vast majority of these residents are in their 80’s and 90’s.It’s impressive watching the thoughtfulness, kindness and patience that this staff displays while trying to comprehend what a 90-year-old man is saying while wearing a double-layer COVID face mask.I give this operation 5-stars; I would give them 10-stars if I could.Thomas BarlowGod Bless Them for helping me during an extremely stressful period of my life.

Absolutely atrocious service. I work for a company that ships out a ton of items for our clients, and the service here was unbelievable. The employees were condescending, rude, and unhelpful. If you need any sort of shipping done, steer clear of this installment.

Don’t rate the employees only, be fair and rate the incoming customers who are seeking a service, but they have a chip over their shoulder and most of them got ants in their pants…I like Amy and her staff…they are doing their best servicing edgy customers..don’t come in if you don’t have the time…have you been to the next door Post office lately?…that will give you gray hair and heart attack…be nice to Amy and her staff…be loyal to her.
