Updated review:I was finally in touch with the manager and owner of this ups store. After everything was sorted out. Said and Done they were kind enough to refund me my shipping cost after all this time due to unforeseen circumstances. Way to turn it around. They did turn it around and I believe you will find this store suitable for your shipping needs.Original review:Worst place to ever. I sent a next day letter and it didn’t go out at the end of day. So it was delayed 2 days when I asked about my refund which I was guaranteed the manager said she was looking into it and I’d get it back. Fast forward a year later the manager says she still working on it but hides in the back when I come into the store and won’t return my call when they say they get back to me. This place is super unprofessional and probably the most inept establishment for shipping. Take your shipping needs to the next UPS store, you’ll be glad you did!

Great place to get your mail. Safe and secure and air conditioned. Very nice people deliver great service. I’ve been a customer for 19 years! They also are a lot cheaper than the UPS stores near my home, so I use this one for both my personal and business mail.
