I rerouted a mid size/weight package to this UPS store because signature was required. When I picked up the package, the representative set it on the counter and asked me to overreaching for it because she said it’s their policy for social distancing. I understand we are in a pandemic but overreaching for heavy items can cause physical injuries. Why cant they just install a flex plastic like the supermarket? Even their credit machine needs one to fully extended the arm to sign. So many ways to social distance than having customers overreaching to pay and to get packages. Not only it’s not effective (my arms aren’t 6ft), it’s physically inconvenient and challenge. So many restaurants set up a separate table for the take outs. UPS store can do the same. I will go to a different UPS store from now on.

Kinda small and can get busy. It’s in Fremont hub so it’s convenient if you’re grocery shopping or regular shopping in the area. You have to go to the back of the store to wait in line which is kind of awkward that makes sense since it’s very small they want to keep the store clear. That’s a little bit claustrophobic for me but I was able to handle it and my package was sent quickly. I would come again only because of the convenience I wouldn’t go out of my way to come to this UPS store though.

The service here is amazing! The lady that helped me process my 4 returns, among 1 was a heavy nightstand, did it with remarkable speed and efficiency. Not sure her name but she worked at 3 pm today.
