I’ve used this UPS to ship many packages and Amazon returns and have had no problem. The customer service is great. Lines are never too long. The the process is quick and easy.

Wow one person and still waiting over 5 minutes! I always get helped so much faster at other ups even with one employee and 5 customers. The employees at this location can’t multi task or greet you but that may be a management issue or training thing. Once helped very nice and fast. Good location and clean.

Very unprofessional. I went to make an Amazon return. Typically in other ups store they would tape the box for me, but not this one. That is still fine, but the lady told me after scanning my package and then asked me to tape it. That’s a cool way to make 5 bucks.
