honestly…. the only reason this is two stars is because you can drop your amazon returns here. SCAN and GO. Other than that, if you have any other business here your better off going somewhere else. Going here they make you feel like a criminal for even having a slight inconvenience. Just do yourself a favor and drive a couple minutes to somewhere else so you don’t feel violated. ( I would recommend Postal Center on Pacific they treated me so good)

I have used SEVERAL UPS Stores in the past. This one is by far the worst. I went about a year ago to get some copies made and it wasn’t hugely complex – I spent AN HOUR AND HALF there because the person helping me wouldn’t let me make the copies on my own and could not follow instructions.I went here about a year later (last week) to ship a pre-paid package. I purchased a box from them and then was told they couldn’t give me any tape. I needed 4 strands literally and they made me purchase my own! I will be using ANY OTHER UPS STORE. This one SUCKS! I have NEVER had a good experience in this store and I had to ask myself why I thought it would be different after a year – it’s not.
