I had the most WONDERFUL customer service experience with Cora! It was busy but she never let that get in the way of her pleasant, perky demeanor. She treated each customer with care, even making a point to explain processes and procedures to each customer and brainstorm ideas when people had problems. It costs $5 to print the label on an Amazon return package. The Amazon app displays a QR code that can be printed and returned for free at the UPS store, which makes no sense. The UPS at 2342 Shattuck has better service with free printing label.
