I have a mailbox here and go there once or twice a week and they are very professional and always help me whether sending items back to Amazon, or to a retail store. Yes, sometimes they are quite busy but then it is up to me to decide or come another time. With the pandemic customers have to line up 6 feet apart but they work fast. Anyway, I have a mailbox here and one in Sunnyvale and both are very helpful.

I needed help shipping a tv (obv risky but I had no choice) i had spoken to a few other stores who sounded like were trying to find reasons not to take the package. One went so far as to say it is goin to be thrown around like any other package but we can ship it if you want. All around not helpful at all. I called Jesse at the ups in foster city and he was patient and cautioned me there is risk in doing it but explained he would do the best he could to help me. He was honest, patient and understanding and I felt fine whether it came to me broken or not. I just received the tv and it’s in perfect condition. If it wasn’t for Jesse helping me, I doubt I’d have the same experience.
