If you’re going here, it’s because it’s the only UPS store in the neighborhood. They can’t ship to collect accounts, they don’t have a full complement of packing materials (no plastics or zip ties), and they aren’t knowledgeable. I also had them spell a recipient’s name wrong once. I pointed it out, they said they would correct it, and they didn’t. This made me look incompetent to a client. They are polite but if you need anything other than the most basic shipping, just go somewhere else. Every time I come here first it is a waste of time.

Beat UPS experience I’ve had at any Bay Area location in terms of friendliness and efficiency of service. Came on a Friday afternoon around 4:30 to process an Amazon return and was in and out within five minutes.Adiva deserves special recognition for her customer service, I hope she’s there when you visit! Adiva welcomed me warmly and made a personal connection (both dog moms!) while simultaneously weighing, labeling, and taping up my parcel. I had to remark at the end, “This was such a pleasure!” And here I am writing this review to say thank you.Adiva and her colleagues show us all that you don’t have to give up efficiency to give people a nice experience.
