Went to drop off a pre-paid packaged. Before I went in I asked the 2 people in line if I could drop of my package in the prepaid pile. They said yes because that’s standard procedure. As soon as I walked in the employed yelled, “YOU NEED TO WAIT IN LINE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE” I told him I was just dropping off and he responded, “THEN JUST PUT IT BY THE DOOR, YOU SEE THE DOOR?” I didn’t even know what to say so I put it by the door and left. I will be avoiding this location in the future. I hope whatever personal issue that was causing the employee so much trouble resolves.

Dear sir, working at the counter on 2/12 at 3pm. Please stop being rude to your customers!!!!!! You’re in the service industry …no need to speak down to people or wait on two people at once. I observed a very bad attitude. It’s a shame. I’m heading to the FedEx store and will not return.
