As a black man from the south, I’m hypersensitive to mistreatment in a retail environment. Mainly because I assume it’s because of my race. Today was no different. I went to have an item notarized and the white manager/notary couldn’t bring himself to say how can I help you which he had just said to the white man who was already being serviced by someone else and wasn’t the individual who requested the notary. He was very short with me and I’m embarrassed that I even paid for the service. I should’ve gone somewhere else. That’s what you should do. Go somewhere else, especially if you’re black.

I’ve never felt compelled to write a review about a shipping store, but the staff at the UPS on Market street are nothing short of amazing! Michael was incredibly kind and patient as he helped mail some important documents and ensured that everything was taken care of and notarized. I was flustered, trying to get there before they closed, so it was comforting to have upbeat people greet me when I walked in.
