I use the store for all my incoming pkgs. It’s safer to have them dropped off here then left in the lobby of my bldg on Bush St. I don’t mind paying the annual fee. The staff are all nice & very helpful.

Perhaps the best UPS branch ever. Kelly is a great manager here. She’s friendly, super understanding and accommodating. I couldn’t ask for more. My wife has a mailbox cuz of its cheap price, so I joined her. At first I tho I need to pay the same price as my wife did, but luckily they just me $5 as a second person to my wife’s box. Pretty good deal to me as so far my packages get to my hand safely now. Back then I need to call Amazon a lot to file the missing packages’ claims cuz the packages were missing at the door. So ignoring. Now I do not need to and save a lot of time too.
