They wanted $60 to ship my parcel ground, nearby fedex did it for $30.

Rip off. They wanted $60 to ship my parcel ground, nearby fedex did it for $30. Also charge me $14 for a medium cardboard box. When I complained, staff explained they are a franchise, owner marks up 100% over what a ups owned store is. Giving UPS a bad name. Go to a different store.

Do not expect good customer service here. I submitted a simple print job on line for pickup the next day, received a confirmation from the UPS web site, and my credit card was charged for the job. Upon arriving to pickup my printouts, I was told that because their email access was down, they never got my print job, and could do nothing about it. So, I showed them the receipt on my phone that UPS had emailed me, and asked that they refund my money. They claimed they couldn’t do that either, again because their email was down. When I indicated that I thought they should be able to just give me a refund based on what I showed them, I was told that I was not their boss. I replied that I’m not their boss, but something more, their customer, and indicated that I’d help them be more empowered to serve their customers in the future by writing their boss and the UPS management. I asked them for their names. I was told they couldn’t give me their names. When I asked them to move closer so I could read their names from the name tags pinned to their shirts, they covered their name tags up with their hands. I would have left disappointed but not angry if they’d given me my money back. Instead, their disrespectful behavior toward me has left me writing this review. If I could give less than one star, I would. Again: DONT EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE (you are not their boss).

Horrible customer service. Had a mailbox for several years and the service went from polite, friendly and helpful to downright rude, snarky and unwelcoming. Even during COVID certain customers of color are treated this way. Had to close my mailbox because just dealing with this store gives me severe anxiety.
