Management & Customer Service has remained tops at this UPS Location over many years but really inevidence in this year of Covid. The expertise, knowledge & patience shown me, from its opening through this nationally difficult 2021 has stayed at hand at each visit & was shown to all during my timein store.In fact, I have watched as customers before&after received the same very professional help whether the individuals were struggling with a print &/or mailingjob or any other of the many services offered .And the store office environment includes light touches such as greeting cards, a quite lovely floral accent plus welcoming manner + a friendly good-bye!

This is as good as it gets. I honestly cannot recall the last time I had such a positive experience with any business, period. The level of friendly professionalism and expertise of service at this location is unparalleled. I was having a really terrible morning dealing with problems from a bad seller on eBay. Processing the return of the item has been a nightmare and I was in an awful mood when I entered this store. As soon as I came into the store I could tell by the way I was welcomed that I was in good hands.I explained my unique situation and the team there helped me to video the process of packing up the unit I needed to return so that there would be no question about the condition of the unit. The packing was done super well and quickly.Further complications arose after I left. I called the store and the gentleman that I spoke with offer to hold the package for me until whenever I was ready for it to be sent out.Long story short, throughout the process I was not an easy customer and I didn’t have the warmest disposition. I was heard and my needs understood. I could not have been better assisted. I will only work with this store moving forward for all my shipping needs.
