SO thankful for this shop and the people that work there.

I can confirm the store manager (indian guy) seems to hate giving out receipts.

Seems this store has a little side gig set up stealing Amazon return packages, never scanning them and leaving the customer to deal with the mess. UPS told me I need to deal with the store directly. When I contacted this store, he basically said it’s not his problem and to deal with it myself.

If I could give this location no stars, I would. DO NOT go into this location with an Amazon return and your QR code. I was told that they didn’t need to scan the code for each item since it was all going back in one box. NONE of my items were returned, and I didn’t know until months later when I started getting emails that I was being re-charged for everything. They never made it to Amazon at all. I don’t know if they keep the stuff and sell it online or what but there is something very sketchy happening at this location.

This is hardly a UPS store at all. It’s a franchisee who set up in what is barely space enough for 3 people to fit inside. I waited 20 minutes in line here only for the guy to tell me his computer wasn’t working. All the equipment looks like it needed to be replaced ten years ago. Truly horrible. Next time I’m saving myself the time and frustration and going to a real location.
