Kate literally saved my life today!! She responded so quickly to a pick up request, confirmed the pick up, sent me the receipt and the entire experience was so incredibly smooth. Consider it as 0 star.Shipped our TV and found the screen is completely broken. We have purchased insurance ( From UPS) but they are denying the claim stating we didn’t pack it properly. However we have followed all safety measures during packaging and also in store they have said “Good To GO “ . Customer care is totally clueless and uttering apology. After paying $123 this is what they are offering. We are in total loss . Fraud !
