TL:DR; Believe the reviews. These guys will nickel and dime you and rip you off if given the chance. Go to another UPS store and report this store to UPS.I went to this store thinking that the reviews couldn’t possibly be true. I’ve been to many UPS stores and I’ve seen a lot of clueless and rude customers, so I figured it was probably user error which would explain the low rating. I was dead wrong.I went here to drop off an Amazon package with a prepaid label. Normally it’s a 5 second transaction:[hand package over][thank you here’s your receipt][great, bye!]Not the case here. Immediately the guy at the register tells me he can’t ship my package the way it is, saying that the package needs to be put in a bigger box and that it’ll cost $6.50 to do it. I was returning my package with the same box it came in, FYI. I was in a huge hurry and didn’t have time to go to another UPS store so I said that it was fine. Then he tells me cash only, or it’s $10 minimum for credit card.Fuming now and REALLY running late, I pay cash and leave. Looking back, I should have at least watched him put it in the new box. For all I know he shipped it in its original packaging given their behavior. Never coming back here, stay away!

I’ve never had an issue with my Amazon and documents I sent internationally. Over 20 transactions and I haven’t had any problems with them. I think Daksha is the name of the lady, and she’s been nice to me even after I made a mistake and she had to redo the label for my package.Printing is costly, I’d go to Staples for that. Amazon packages might be costing their business that’s why they’re rejecting some of the larger returns? I doubt they make money off our return packages. Who knows. As per their tardiness, I cannot comment since I only go midday to closing.
