James was very helpful. I went there to drop off Amazon return packages. I put two labels on one box and 3 items inside. One of the three items has a bar code return label. Amazon customer service told me I could do that, but James told me that we shouldn’t do that. If we do that, we might not get all the refunds, because the person who opens the package at Amazon might just scan one label.He opened package and separated and resealed each one individually. I didn’t have to make another trip and all the trouble… especially given the pandemic situation..Thank you, James.Kindness can go a long way… I’ll make sure paying it forward. If we could all strive to be kind to one another, what a wonderful world we and our children would live in.
