The UPS Store in the Crossroads Shopping Center, Carmel, CA is wonderful. I’ve had a mailbox there for about 25 years and I feel like it’s my little family. The owners, Steve and Jen are lovely. All of their employees, Nunelo, Maggie, Greg, Matt, Brenda, couldn’t be nicer and more helpful. Their smiling faces always lighten my day!
